History

Antoine Marshall is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. A graduate of Wake Forest School of Law, he began his legal career at Legal Aid of North Carolina. It was there Attorney Marshall began to gain an in-depth understanding of the elements of generational poverty. This made him eager to cultivate his own practice to stem the impact of generational poverty.  It was with that in mind, he opened the doors to The Law Office of Antoine G. Marshall, PLLC in 2016 with the mission of working with people dealing with financial hardship to get them on stable economic footing, and creating a plan for individuals with stable finances for smooth transition of those assets and wealth to loved ones to creategenerational financial stability.

This mission makes The Law Office of Antoine G. Marshall, PLLC unique among law firms. And with a unique mission comes a unique operation. For client convenience, The Law Office of Antoine G. Marshall, PLLC utilizes a virtual platform to provide clients 1 on 1 access to their attorney. Attorney Marshall routinely makes house calls to meet clients to meet them in  non-intimidating environment.

Antoine Marshall

Antoine has always been dedicated to public service and educating individuals of their legal rights. Working with Legal Aid in their General Practice Division, he became knowledgeable about Bankruptcy, collection matters, Government benefits, elder law and landlord/tenant law. He has even taught several Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) to other attorneys, teaching them the basics of Collection and landlord/tenant law.
